Dissolving Method:
1.Fill the dissolving tank with a certain amount of water; keep the water temperature below 30°C.
2.Start the mixer, then add PVA slowly; the recommended feeding rate is about 10 kg/min.
3.Ensure the PVA powder is fully dispersed, typically 10–20 minutes.
4.After dispersion, heat the solution; it will dissolve completely when heated to 90°C for about 1 hour.
