Storage and Shelf life
- Store in a dry and cool place.
- High humidity and temperature increase the risk of caking.
- Do not stack pallets on top of each other to avoid compaction.
- “Best use before end” date is on the label; storage beyond it doesn’t necessarily mean unusable, but required properties must be checked for quality assurance.
Safety & Compliance
Glass Fiber is safe, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. It complies with ISO 9001 and EU REACH standards.

FAQ
Yes, we offer 200–500 g samples for testing with TDS/SDS.
Yes, we customize grades based on adhesion strength, open time, and workability requirements.
Pre-production sample testing is always conducted before mass production to ensure consistency and compliance.
Final inspection before shipment is strictly implemented to verify product quality, packaging, and labeling accuracy.
All production processes are managed under ISO 9001 quality management system to maintain stable quality performance.
Alkali-Resistant Glass Fiber (AR Glass Fiber) is primarily used to reinforce cement-based concrete and mortars. It helps control cracking caused by plastic shrinkage, thermal shrinkage, and drying shrinkage, improving the crack resistance of cement-based materials.
Cement hydration produces calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)₂), creating an alkaline environment that can damage ordinary glass fibers. Alkali-resistant glass fiber is specially designed to resist this alkaline corrosion, making it suitable for reinforcing cement-based concrete.
Calforce® Glass Fiber is supplied in 15 kg or 20 kg PP woven bags with separate 1 kg inner bags. Customized packaging is also available upon request. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture. The recommended use-by date is indicated on the product label.
