PVA Fiber is suitable for cement-based and construction material systems that require reinforcement, crack resistance, toughness improvement, and better durability. Typical uses include:

●Estimating Data:
The dosage rate is dependent on the application . The general dosage range is 900g/m3 .
Using Instruction:
(1)Length : generally 12mm.
(2)Mixing Process: Crushed stones, fibers and sands are put into the mixer in succession . After stirring for two minutes, fiber willfully spread and then add cement and water and stir normally. The addition of materials also can be put into as usual , but the stirring time should be properly prolonged to more than 4 minutes to make fiber completely mixed.
(3)Shaping & Maintenance: There is no special requirement, may prolong the vibrating time for 30s. The maintenance of the fiber concrete should be done same as the normal concrete .

Storage and Shelf life
- Store in a dry and cool place.
- High humidity and temperature increase the risk of caking.
- Do not stack pallets on top of each other to avoid compaction.
- “Best use before end” date is on the label; storage beyond it doesn’t necessarily mean unusable, but required properties must be checked for quality assurance.
